西川幸宏建築都市設計事務所は北海道札幌市を拠点とする建築設計事務所です。建築は、その場所があり、込められた思いがあり、そこで生きる「人がいる」ことで完成されると考えています。
単に建築の「作品」を創るのではなく、クライアントの要望一つ一つに対して真摯に向き合い、これからその建築で生きる人々を想像しなが、「最大限のしつらえ（空間の美しさと使い勝手）」を御提案しています。「私は建築家」ではなく「あなたの建築家」であることを常に心掛け設計をしています。

Consultation is free. Please feel free to contact us by contact form. After that, we will have a meeting again at the office.

There is nothing special to prepare for consultation. If possible, please bring the materials of the site and property.

At the time of consultation, it is not necessary for your requests and thoughts to be finalized. I would like to guide the appearance of architecture by re-questioning location information and fragmentary words and reorganizing them.

In addition to new construction, we also carry out a wide range of renovations such as renovations and extensions, and interior design.

We accept orders regardless of location, such as domestic or overseas.

設計料について

総工費2000万円未満　一律 200万円(最低報酬金額) + 消費税
総工費2000万円～　　工事金額の10％+消費税
総工費1億円～　　別途ご相談させていただきます。

上記の設計料はあくまで目安です。ご相談の上、最終的な金額を決定いたします。

隔地の場合、交通宿泊費を別途ご相談させて頂く場合があります。

設計料に確認申請書等の作成費は含みますが、申請手数料は別途かかります。

その他、リノベーション、イベント・仮設空間のデザイン等は、条件により異なりますので、ご相談の上決定いたします。

LOCAL ARCHITECT

ローカルアーキテクトについて

ローカルアーキテクトとは、日本以外の国で設計計画された図面を、日本の法律や材料に修正し、日本で設計監理を行う事、またはその逆を言います。
国により、建築に関する法律や、消防の法律も異なります。また、建築材料も異なります。
これらを他国の設計士が日本の法律に合わせるのは困難な為、ローカルアーキテクトが存在します。

当事務所ではローカルアーキテクトのご依頼も承っております。

About local architect

A local architect is a person who modifies drawings designed in a country other than Japan to Japanese laws and materials and supervises the design in Japan, or vice versa.
Different countries have different building laws and firefighting laws. Also, the building materials are different.
There are local architects because it is difficult for designers from other countries to comply with Japanese law.

Our office also accepts requests from local architects.
